In 2012 along with Mike, he co- founded Underdog with the main goal of building platforms that embrace the digital transformation of industries
In 2018 he founded Sondermut, along with his partner and team, they want to serve SME with better and smother technology to enable the world ot tomorrow

In 1999, “Mike” co-founded mediotiempo.com, a pioneer project on the Mexican Internet landscape, which became the leading sports website, acquired in 2010 by Time Warner. After the acquisition, he headed Expansion's Interactive division, which encompassed a leading portfolio of digital media properties
In 2013, Mike co-founded Soccerly, a soccer digital platform for the U.S. market. Then, in 2014, Mike and his team launched a portfolio of social-first publishing brands such as @juanfutbol, @fridapop, and @juanbeisbol. These assets were acquired by Playmaker Capital in 2022
In 2016, co-founded Tikitaka with the goal of serving sports leagues, events, clubs, sponsors, and startups. Today, Tikitaka is a leading sports marketing firm in the region partnering with the largest sports organizations in the world
In 2018 he co-founded Sondermut to provide consulting technology services to empower innovation
Mike has served on the advisory and board of directors of several companies, including Kiwilimon, Lead2action, Buscacorp, Centur, and Finsus among others
Mike has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, class of 2004. He lives in Mexico City, is married, and a proud dad of two boys and a girl
